Michael R. Doyle has worked with numerous companies such as Stonehenge Ltd, Greater Media Radio ( now Beasley Media Group a subsidiary of Beasley Broadcast Group), Cision (Global SaaS company), True Film Production and founded MRD Productions. Michael’s ability to identify companies objectives and offer solution based programs to overcome problems helped generate ROI in each of their respective spaces. In addition to sales and marketing, Michael was responsible for the restructure of Live In Theater’s brand and through this process saw an increased growth of sales in the first six months totaling one hundred and sixty-six thousand dollars surpassing the previous year’s sales of ninety-nine thousand dollars.

In 2015, Michael founded a non-profit 501(c)3 called Miracle Express. The focus was to find families experiencing real life hardships and Miracle Express would surprise these families by delivering life-changing miracles. In five years, Miracle Express were responsible for delivering miracles to 57 families’ doorsteps and over 500 meals to "Heroes on the Home front" during the Covid 19 pandemic. Miracle Express has been recognized by the Star News Group, The Coast & Ocean Star and Altice USA, Channel 12 News New Jersey.

Michael recently created and co-produced B•INSPIRED Podcast. B•INSPIRED Podcast is offered in audio/video formats and presents inspiring real-life stories of people who have faced overwhelming adversity, have found a way to persevere and thrive. After only four episodes, Michael and the B•INSPIRED have been heralded by Townsquare Media Group’s 94.3 The Point, one of NJ top radio stations with a listener base of seventy five thousand.

Michael’s latest projects include Shades of Havana, NO FILTR Comedy Show & A Cutting Connection. Shades of Havana is an audio/video podcast featuring cigar aficionado lifestyle. SOH will travel to remote locations feature everyday men and women who come together to share a cigar and talk about life.

NO FILTR Comedy Show is Michael’s most recent release. NO FILTR Comedy Show is a George Carlin-esque political satire middle of the road show that is focused on restoring laughter and comedy back into conversation through monologue, sketch comedy and man in the streets. Host Bryan Kennedy will take a convtroversial subject and share his perspective on the issue at hand. NO FILTR COMEDY Show sketch “iHey, Gringo!” went viral and received over 2.9 million views since our release.

A Cutting Connection is a pilot that features Stylist/Host & Spiritual Medium Laura Renee. Laura will meet with everydy clients and transition them from a haircut to a reading. A Cutting Connection is changing people’s lives one connection at a time. Stay tuned A Cutting Connection is COMING SOON!

Sean M. Sternberg

Sean has worked over a decade with some of Manhattan's largest firms. His proven track record of success makes him an immediate asset and integral part of our team. Sean’s experiences with top organization such as AXA and Director of Sales, at Tradition Securities and Future will help serve as a liaison between big business and capital investment. In addition to brokering; Sean has Co-Founded MRD Productions and Miracle Express a 501c 3 that is solely focused on finding families experiencing adversities and surprise deliver life changing miracles to these family doorsteps. Miracle Express has been recognized statewide. MRD Productions has recently created and produced shows such as B•INSPIRED Podcast and currently developing Shades of Havana and NO FILTR. Sean graduated with a B.A. from Roger Williams University and played Division III lacrosse.

Rodney Weber

Rod Weber was a successful actor and stage director who worked on Broadway, daytime TV, independent film for over 22 years. Rod shifted his focus to video production in 2002, beginning as a narrative film DP and editor working for LA and NY-based production companies. In 2006, Rod moved back to NYC and has created many award-winning shorts, feature films, aerial video for luxury real estate, commercials and corporate video for Fortune 500 companies (including multiple livestream productions.) Steve Szymke

Steve Szymke began his career in Chicago, IL working on Hollywood features and network television shows. When Michael Jordan retired, Steve’s career turned to focus on documentary television and creative corporate communication solutions for the Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest. Steve produces and edits a wide variety of media including live events, livestream programming, podcasts, among other edited shows. Steve brings his expertise to MRD Productions to help Rod Weber and the whole team to help continue to deliver excellence in programming

Bryan Kennedy
MRD PRODUCTIONS NO FILTR PARTNER/HOST/CO-EXECUTIVE PRODUCER/ LEAD-SKETCH WRITER

Bryan is a writer, producer, actor and comedian from New York. As a voice-over artist, he has narrated over 100 books, most of which can be heard on Audible.

His voice has also been heard on Saturday Night Live’s TV Funhouse, Word Girl, Poppy Cat and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood on PBS. He has booked and produced countless comedy shows for Caroline's on Broadway, Governor’s Comedy Clubs and The New York Comedy Festival.

Bryan is a proud member of the Friars Club where he roasted Omarosa. Bryan has appeared in several television commercials and has been featured on Sirius Radio as well as in Time Out NY, The NY Daily News, and The NY Times. Along with his writing partner, Wil Sylvince, Bryan is the co-founder of Brilliant Minds Productions. Together, they have written many sketches and scripts. They are currently getting ready to go into production on their first feature film, I Am Maurice.

Wil Sylvince

Wil Sylvince is one of the most explosive comedians performing around the world today. His comedic performances on COMEDY CENTRAL, HBO’S DEF COMEDY JAM, and SHOWTIME. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Sylvince has honed his act in New York’s top comedy clubs – the Comedy Cellar, Comic Strip Live, Caroline’s on Broadway, Stand-Up NY & the Gotham Comedy Club.

His unique perspective on political and social issues, with a twist of his West Indian Haitian culture makes Sylvince a comedian in high demand. He has been hand picked by comedian heavyweights Damon Wayans, D.L. Hughley, Wayans Brothers, Katt Williams and Gabriel Iglesias to tour the country.

Steve Hook
MRD PRODUCTIONS NO FILTR PARTNER/LEAD SKETCH WRITER/ON-AIR PERSONALITY

Steve has been a broadcast professional for over three decades; much longer than most mental health experts recommend! He started his radio career in the 80‘s  spinning ‘Adult Contemporary’ hits, aka-70’s soft rock dreck, giving crop reports, and pork belly & other farm related commodities prices in Carrolton, Georgia.  Hey, it was a start!  

Steve made the big leap to the big-time city of Atlanta on Z-93 WZGC-FM, Atlanta’s Classic Rock. He began working weekends, overnights, and fill in work, before the weekly overnight show.  

In 1995 Steve moved to NJ where he joined WRAT 95.9 The Rat. For over 25 years, Steve has been a staple on the air earning the moniker, “The Legend of The Jersey Shore.” In fact, The Rat has one of longest continuous on-air staffs in the entire nation. During his time at The Rat, Steve chose to pursue talk radio. He got his start working as a regular fill-in for legendary talk show host Bob Grant. This was one of  the first on-line streaming television shows on UBAtv.

In 2011 RIGHT HOOK RADIO was launched. RIGHT HOOK RADIO has become a very popular show on WCTC AM. With serious and often times funny  monologs, great nationally renowned guests, and calls from local and national listeners  RHR has become appointment radio.

Barry Dougherty
BMD COMMUNICATIONS / FORMER DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT FRIARS CLUB /CONSULTANT & LEAD SHOW WRITER/ CO-PRODUCER

Barry Dougherty is the principal of BMD Communications, a multi-faceted writing services company specializing in writing speeches, articles, books–often with a humorous slant–and public relations. His Clients have included The National Comedy Center, “Sopranos” Dominic Chinese, and Chelsea’s Agora art gallery among others. He is the author of How To Do It Standing Up, The Friars Club Encyclopedia of Jokes, A Hundred Years; A Million Laughs, New York Friars Club Book of Roasts, and Friars Private Joke File.

He has been the head writer for the Friars Club’s Roasts of Betty White, Quentin Tarantino, Jack Black, and Boomer Esiason and Testimonial Dinners for Tom Cruise, Larry King, and Don Rickles. He has also been the scriptwriter for the Little Kids Rock organization’s galas honoring Paul Shaffer and Smokey Robinson and a Roast at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.

Barry will assist our NO FILTR team as one of the lead show writers.

Joseph Anthony
STAND-UP COMEDIAN/ NO FILTR COMEDY SHOW LEAD WRITER

Joseph’s father was an Italian Immigrant, who entered the United States just after WWII and began his career as a Longshoreman at the age of 17. His mother was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised Joseph on delicious dishes, overbearing love, inherent O.C.D. …

Surprisingly, being raised (in part) by his five older sisters who frequently opened Joseph’s mind up to such things as how to use a hot curling hair kit, cleaning the crevices of wood furniture, and being a constant hustle practice partner, all with the absence of any brothers and a father determined to figure out the fine art of betting, he (Joseph) was no stranger to the ways of the streets, but also enjoyed a quiet retreat to read and write at a very young age. 

Joseph studied writing style and screenwriting at the New School for Social Research, in New York City. He learned the basics of filmmaking at the College of Staten Island, NY. He studied the Meisner technique of acting under Joanna Beckson (Ray Romano’s teacher), herself a student of the famed Actors Studio.

In January of 1990, he stepped onstage at PIPS Comedy Club in Brooklyn, New York. He immediately found the avenue for all three of his artistic passions – writing, acting, and stand-up comedy.

Steve Esparra
MRD PRODUCTIONS OPERATIONS / NO FILTR COMEDY SHOW LEAD WRITER/ SUPERVISING PRODUCER / BLOGGER

Steve Esparra has worked in the media industry for the last 15 years. After working for Universal Music Group, the largest record label in the world straight out of college, he moved onto web design for Bloomingdale's, one of the premiere online retail brands. From there, he joined the advertising world, working for a subsidiary of Grey Direct before transferring to the corporate non-profit world managing large web properties. Steve has been making and managing websites for 20 years. He has been blogging for over a decade and has been writing comedy and satire for the last several years as well.

Allegra Barnett
COMEDIAN/ CO-PRODUCER/ LEAD WRITER & ACTRESS

Allegra Barnett @facesintoilets is a stand up comic and writer who has performed on some of the best stages in the US. Beginning her career as a touring clown and gag writer for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Allegra has gone on to write for reality TV in LA, sketch groups in NYC, and 6th Street legend Esther's Follies in ATX. She can be seen as Amber on CBS’s Kevin Can Wait, Jackie on Disney’s Liv and Maddie, and as Buster Keaton’s mother, Myra Keaton, on Comedy Central’s Drunk History. Allegra is a Co-Producer of the NO FILTR COMEDY Show and is responsible for monologue and sketch comedy.

George Gallo
ACTOR/ COMEDIAN / LEAD WRITER / PERSONALITY ON NO FILTR COMEDY GALLO IN THE STREETS

George Gallo is one of those performers that keeps his audiences riveted because they don’t want to miss a thing. Whether he is performing on stage, or directing / producing / acting in a video short, he is an entertainer to the very core.

George began “performing” as early as the fourth grade, and says by the seventh grade even his teachers took notice. One teacher even went so far as to take George around where he impersonated all of the teachers in the school – and kept them all laughing while he did it. He was in fact voted "Most Humorous" by his high school class, but it was his talent for mimicry that has evolved into an uncanny ability to reproduce an exact sound, voice, or character.

A child of the seventies and admitted science fiction freak, his influences include Cheech and Chong, Robins Williams, Eddie Murphy and Steven Spielberg movies. His involvement as an extreme BMX bicyclist gave him the physical confidence to work in a high degree of physicality into his performances, and he soon began acting in, producing, and directing short segments for radio. These "bits" led to video segments that have since been featured on NBC, Make Me Laff, FOX, and Comedy Central, to name a few. Word of his talent for writing led to several segment writer gigs, as well as featured comic spots at some of NY's most well-known comedy venues.

Gallo doesn’t stop there. Jimmy Maywalt

Stand up the last 4 years with Gladys Simon at the Comic Strip and beyond. Has a Degree in Journalism from Rutgers. Jimmy spent 6 years in the Navy as Electronics tech and Rescue Swimmer. Married to his beautiful wife Julie, an English gal who straightens me out when necessary. Two daughters, Jessie and Emma who help in my wife's efforts to stop me from embarrassing the family.

Other notes....Carpenter, Surfer, Universal Life Minister, Man of the people, doesn't trust anyone who doesn't have Rocky in their top 5 of all time great movies.

In my life I have experienced the lows of low and the highs of high and work now to be somewhere in the middle.

Jose Diaz
ACTOR/COMEDIAN/LEAD WRITER/ CO-PRODUCER OF EPISODES 4 & 5

Jose Angel Diaz is a proud father of two daughters, native New Yorker, having been born and raised in NYC. He is a comedian and actor and has appeared in many print ads, industrial films, and commercials. He is currently featured in a New York Lottery commercial as the barber for the number “1”(one) . Additionally, Jose co-starred in two Comedy Central Sitcoms…Season one of Broad City and Season One of Alternatino. Jose also was featured as a co-star in season one of Marvel’s Luke Cage on Netflix. Jose is a retired manager at a major telecommunications company and holds a degree of Master of Business Administration from Wagner College in Staten Island, NY.

Shawn Duenas
ACTOR/COMEDIAN/ LEAD WRITER

Shawn Duenas is a writer and content creator. He creates short films and sketch comedy videos for various burgeoning YouTube channels and writes like hell on the side. He's worn every hat on an indie filmmaking set and prefers the pain of staring at the blank paper. He's a graduate of the Upright Citizens Brigade Comedy Sketch Writing program (UCB) AND a graduate of a top liberal arts engineering college that you probably never heard of (HMC). Shawn uses his insatiable quest for knowledge and science (and a few years as an Engineer) to create uniquely intelligent and topical satire and commentary. Don't get him started on the maths behind Crypto. He'll actively try to drown you in his ocean of knowledge. And yes he used the British "maths" because he's from New Jersey and enjoys seeing the world burn. Shawn resides in L.A. and New Jersey, and will Co-Produce @nofiltrcomedy episode 7.

Johnny “T” Sollitto
ACTOR/ COMEDIAN / WRITER

Johnny T is a New York comedian & actor who just can’t keep his pants on for his own good. When he dropped them on stage at The Comic Strip to humorously flash the audience, ala Jim Morrison, he was quickly “Banned for Life!” And when he lifted his blue skirt, ala Monica Lewinsky, to moon a campaigning Hillary Clinton, the Secret Service slapped him with a record that to this day bans him from ever “working anywhere a President or First Family might appear.”

He now currently keeps the funny in only two places – on stage and tightly secured in his pants! He’s also recently had the good fortune to act opposite Robert DeNiro in Martin Scorsese’s, “The Irishman.”

Michael “Wags” Wagner
ACTOR/ COMEDIAN / WRITER

"Jersey" Mike Wagner transitioned into writing sketch comedy and perusing stand up after graduating from the University of Arizona in 2021. He was inspired by the content of Andy Sandberg, Will Ferrell, The Jackass and Impractical Jokers crews, but if it was not for his college crowd encouraging him to go for his dreams, he would not have made the decision to start producing content. His style is reckless and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the laugh and entertain the people. In addition, he writes and performs by taking risks with a no filter approach to reach the audience that has been silenced in the recent years due to the now "woke culture". Although he is newer to comedy, his fresh takes on projects and writing skits helps connect the bridge of content to a younger generation. Lets party!

That is really all I have due to not having too many projects out at the moment. Shawn and I's is in post production and I have worked on producing some podcasts. My bio really is just playing the role of "young crazy party student who is with the times and is willing to do anything to get the people laughing" I do not mind playing that role / being that crazy face within the writing crew!

Steve Goldberg
ACTOR/ COMEDIAN / WRITER

Goldberg is a comic who has performed all over the northeast including Gotham Comedy Club, Stand Up New York, Broadway Comedy Club, etc. He was featured in 2018 on Amazon Prime in the Turnpike Comedy Festival. During the pandemic he has played at Flappers Comedy Club and has performed in shows all over the world including Israel, England, Malaysia, Japan. Goldberg just wrapped up writing, producing, filming and starring in a comedy pilot entitled “Life’s Laugh Lessons.” You want to buy it? He also has started a comedy troupe called the Comedy Mavens. This is a homage to days gone by and brings back Borscht Belt humor. Goldberg just performed at the Big Apple Comedy Festival and the Turnpike Comedy Festival. As an orthodox Jewish comic Goldberg gives a unique perspective on life, religion and whatever else he wants to rant about. Goldberg believes that in these times more than ever that laughter is the best medicine even if sometimes the medicine tastes bitter. Jim McCabe

Jim McCabe is an actor, voice talent, and man of few words. He's voiced projects for ESPN, CBS Sports Network, the Smithsonian, Ethan Allen, Maaco, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche, and the law firm of Kenny, Rodgers, and Hammerstein. He'll be survived by a cat and some plants.

Brianna McCabe
